PU Hardener

Aromatic type
General type Coronate LS、fast-dry type Coronate 2037 and yellow-resistant type Coronate 2604, 2607 ...etc.

Non-yellowing Aliphatic type
Non-yellowing aliphatic isocyante is HDI-based PU hardener. Trimer type: Coronate HX、HX-90BX; dimer type: Duranate 22A-75PX; fast dry type: Duranate 21S-75E and flexible type:Duranate E402-90T. Coatings that made from non-yellowing aliphatic isocyante is oil-resistant, tear-resistant, non-yellowing and good color retention.
Widely used in automobiles, buildings, wood products, metal, plastic and leather.

Blocked type:
Product is blocked and stable in room temperature. Unblock temperature ranges 90 ~ 180 ℃. Product can be applied in one component baking coatings, wires, coil, metals, rubbers and plastics.
Recommend product: BI-301 (150℃ unblock), MF-K60X (90℃ unblock)。

Waterborne non-yellowing type
Hydrophilic non-yellowing aliphatic isocyanurate is based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). M-series products, for example M-3171w, can be a hardener for two-component waterborne polyurethane systems, especially for the application of adhesive. AH-series products, for example AH-3100, can be used as a crosslinker for improving the performance of aqueous coating. The coating yields transparent glossy film. Because of its good hydrophilic property, products can be readily dispersed in water, as well as diluted with esters, ether esters, xylene, and solvesso 100. Generally the compatibility is good in the above solvents to dilute (water content < 0.05% and no active hydrogen such as hydroxyl group and amine). Homogenous dispersion in water can be achieved even with hand-mixing using a stir stick.

Blocked waterborne type:
BL-3088W-75 is blocked waterborne non-yellowing aliphatic isocyanate, can be a hardener for one component waterborne non-yellowing PU system. Because of its good hydrophilic property, BL-3088W-75 is readily dispersed in water. BL-3088W-75 can be diluted with esters, ether esters, xylene, solvesso 100. Generally the compatibility is good in the above solvents, but long-term stability needs to be tested.
